Q: What if something happens and I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment for window cleaning? A: In order to cancel or make changes to your booked appointment, We kindly ask you to notify us in advance by a call or message. Q: Do I have to be at the property while the service takes place? A: It's your choice whether or not to be around while we clean the property. Of course, access is necessary for us to do our job, as well as somebody later returning to make sure everything is up-to-standard once we're done. Q: Who is going to clean my windows? A: The window cleaning technician will be an in-house employee of MY Cleaning Services and not a third party vendor. Q: Can you deep clean my frames? A: We can do it, but only from the inside and only if they are PVC frames. We are not able to deal with paint, plaster or heavy permanent stains. Q: I have a glass banister on the balcony. Can you clean the external part of it? A: If it can be accessed from the ground with our reach and washing equipment we will clean it, otherwise, it will not be safe for the technician to do it from the balcony shelf.
